Service Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer carefully. It describes the limits of the services LIENEXIA provides.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
LIENEXIA is a lien resolution services provider and is not a law firm. LIENEXIA does not provide legal advice or legal representation. All settlement and lien-resolution decisions remain subject to the client law firm's review and approval. Results vary, and no specific reduction, savings amount, or completion date is guaranteed.
No attorney–client relationship
Using this website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a call, or corresponding with LIENEXIA does not create an attorney–client relationship. LIENEXIA does not represent plaintiffs, claimants, or law firms in any legal capacity. Legal judgment on any matter remains entirely with the client law firm and its attorneys.
No legal advice
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes for legal professionals. It is not legal advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for the independent judgment of licensed counsel. Lien and reimbursement law is state-specific and changes over time. Verify all statutory, regulatory, and case-law questions independently.
Law-firm approval and control
LIENEXIA performs verification, negotiation, documentation, and reporting tasks at the direction of the client law firm. LIENEXIA does not accept or reject a resolution on a firm's behalf. Every proposed final resolution is presented to the firm for review and approval before it is treated as concluded, and the firm remains responsible for disbursement decisions.
No guaranteed outcomes
LIENEXIA does not guarantee any reduction, savings amount, net recovery, or turnaround time. Outcomes depend on factors outside LIENEXIA's control, including but not limited to:
- The provider, facility, plan, or program asserting the balance
- The documentation available to support or dispute the claim
- The treatment rendered and its relationship to the incident
- Available settlement funds, policy limits, and competing claims
- Applicable state and federal law governing the lien or claim
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Reductions vary according to the case, provider, lienholder, documentation, available settlement funds, and other circumstances.
Scope of services
LIENEXIA publishes only services it currently performs. Where a balance or claim type falls outside the scope of what LIENEXIA handles, LIENEXIA will say so rather than accept the engagement.
No regulatory certification claims
LIENEXIA makes no claim of certification, accreditation, or compliance under any regulatory framework except where such a claim is expressly stated and independently verifiable. Firms with specific diligence requirements should raise them directly.
Third-party links and tools
This website may link to third-party websites or scheduling tools. LIENEXIA does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.
