Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information LIENEXIA collects through this website and through its lien resolution engagements, and how that information is used.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to LIENEXIA ("LIENEXIA", "we", "us") and to this website. LIENEXIA provides lien resolution services to plaintiff personal injury law firms.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Inquiry and scheduling details. Your name, firm, email address, phone number, and any message you send when you contact us or book a call.
- Engagement material. Where your firm engages LIENEXIA, the settlement, billing, lien, and correspondence records your firm transmits for the purpose of resolving balances on a matter.
Information collected automatically
Serving this website necessarily involves our host processing standard request data, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages requested. That data is used to deliver the site reliably and to protect it against abuse.
Our analytics are cookieless. They do not store identifiers on your device, do not follow you across other websites, and are not used to identify individual visitors or build visitor profiles. See the Service providers section below for who processes this data on our behalf.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- To perform lien verification, negotiation, documentation, and reporting for engaged law firms
- To communicate about active matters and service updates

- To operate, secure, and improve this website
- To comply with legal and professional obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Client and claimant information
Material transmitted by a law firm in the course of an engagement is used solely to perform the agreed lien resolution work on that matter. It is disclosed only to the providers, facilities, plans, programs, or lienholders necessary to verify and resolve the balances at issue, or where required by law. The engaging law firm remains responsible for its own obligations to its clients.
Please do not transmit privileged or confidential client information before an engagement is in place.
Service providers
We use third-party services to operate this website and the business, including website hosting, analytics, email, and appointment scheduling. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it. Where you interact with an embedded third-party tool, that provider's own privacy practices also apply:
- Cal.com provides the booking calendar embedded on our contact page. Scheduling a call sends your details to Cal.com. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts this website and provides its analytics, which are cookieless and do not identify individual visitors. See the Vercel privacy policy.

Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain a defensible record of negotiations and resolutions, and meet legal or professional obligations, after which the material is deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Requests concerning material a law firm transmitted about its client should be directed through that firm.
